Learning Environment
The learning environment holds your practice's training courses and learning modules. This keeps knowledge in the practice up to standard. DentallManager is also delivered pre-filled with training courses for the team.
Where to find the learning environment
As a practice manager you manage the learning environment via Settings → Module Settings → Education.
Employees do not have a separate learning environment page. You see pending learning modules on your dashboard, and you take knowledge tests via Exams.
Pending learning modules
You see pending learning modules on your dashboard. This way everyone knows what's still waiting.
Goals
With Goals you work on personal and professional development. Every goal has a due date. Your open goals appear on your dashboard.
Link with exams
The learning environment works together with exams (knowledge tests). This lets you test whether the material has stuck. Every exam has a deadline, a duration, a result, and a status.
Onboarding new employees
The learning environment supports the onboarding period for new employees. A new colleague works through the onboarding material step by step. Combined with onboarding workflows, you guide the onboarding automatically, with deadlines per step. Read more at Automations.
