Data and Privacy

DentallManager processes data about your practice and your team. This page explains which data that is — and which it is not.

What data does DentallManager process?

According to DentallManager's privacy statement, this concerns:

  • employee name and contact data;
  • practice data;
  • login data;
  • documents you upload yourself, such as HR documents.

This is the data needed to run your practice: employment files, schedules, contracts and documents.

No patient records

DentallManager is not a patient administration system. Patient records, the calendar and invoicing remain in your existing patient management system (PMS). So you don't need to migrate any patient data. Read more at How does DentallManager fit into your practice?.

Who sees which data?

You manage access to data with roles. For example, this lets you decide who can view employment files. On sensitive pages, such as the employment file, the app also asks for your password again. Read more at Security.

You can find the current and complete privacy statement at dentallmanager.nl/privacy. Do you have questions about your data? Email info@dentallmanager.nl.

DentallManager supports you in organising quality and compliance, but this is not legal advice. For the current requirements, consult the official sources (including KNMT, IGJ and the Dutch Data Protection Authority) or an adviser.
