Equipment Management — overview
With the Equipment Management module (Apparatuurbeheer) you keep track of all your practice's equipment. From dental chair to X-ray machine: you see the status at a glance and know when maintenance is needed.
What does this module cover?
Asset register (Asset Management). You record every device with name, category, model, serial number, status and the next maintenance moment.
Status KPIs. At the top of the overview you immediately see how many devices are In Use, Under Maintenance/Repair or Faulty/Defective.
Maintenance planning. You set a maintenance moment per device. DentallManager reminds you automatically, so you never miss a maintenance session.
Reporting malfunctions. Anyone on the team reports a malfunction in a few clicks via Quick Actions. The report comes in as a ticket, with a status you track until the malfunction is resolved.
How it works in practice
- You add equipment to the asset register, with the key details.
- You set maintenance moments; DentallManager reminds you automatically as a moment approaches.
- An employee reports a malfunction; a ticket is created that you track until it's resolved.
