Login and security

You use DentallManager in the browser and in the mobile app. This page shows how to log in, how the security check works and how to log out.

Logging in​

  1. Go to ai-rooster.nl.
  2. Log in with your email address and password.

Don't have login details yet? Your practice administrator creates accounts via Settings. Read more at Managing users.

Security check on sensitive pages​

Some pages contain sensitive data. DentallManager asks for your password again there, even if you're already logged in. This applies to, among others:

  • My employment file
  • Documents & Protocols
  • Organizational Chart

Enter your password and you can continue. This keeps personal data protected, for example on a shared computer at the front desk.

Logging out​

Done working on a shared computer? Always log out via Logout in the user menu.

Profile Settings​

Click your avatar in the top right to open the user menu. Alongside My employment file and Logout, you'll find Profile Settings — this is where you manage your own password, language and notification preferences.

Changing your password​

Fill in:

  • Current password — your current password, as a check.
  • Password — your new password.
  • Confirm password — repeat the new password.

Then click Save.

Language​

Under Language, choose English or Dutch to set the interface language for your own account. (The dropdown itself always shows these two option names, regardless of which language you're currently using.)

Push notifications and profile photo​

On the same page you configure Push Notification (Configured), together with Push Notification Time Settings (when you receive them) and Push Notification Module Settings (which modules can notify you). A Drag and drop file here area lets you update your profile photo. Click Save to confirm any changes.

Forgotten or lost your password?​

Lost your password? You can reset it yourself — you don't have to wait for anyone else.

  1. Go to ai-rooster.nl and click Wachtwoord vergeten? (Forgot password?) below the login form.
  2. On the Stel wachtwoord opnieuw in (Reset password) page, enter the E-mail address you log in with.
  3. Click Verstuur wachtwoord herstel link (Send password reset link).

These two screens are shown in Dutch even when you use DentallManager in English, so the buttons above are quoted exactly as they appear. The italic text in brackets is a translation for you, not a second button. 4. You'll receive an email with a recovery link. That link lets you create a new, personal password yourself.
