Quality & Documentation — overview
With the Quality & Documentation module (Kwaliteit & Documentatie) you organise protocols, documents and knowledge in one central, secure place.
What does this module arrange?
Protocols. DentallManager comes pre-loaded with practice protocols according to the latest guidelines. You don't have to start from scratch yourself.
Document management (Cloud storage). All your practice's documents are stored securely in the cloud. You secure folders per level, so only the right roles can access sensitive documents.
Document Creator. Quickly draw up your own documents using templates.
Checklists. Safeguard recurring checks, such as opening a treatment room.
Gallery. A media library of photos, videos and images per treatment category, useful for patient information and training.
Exams. Test knowledge within the team, with a deadline, result and status per exam.
Contact list. Important contacts for your practice, organised into categories such as dental depots, IT companies, referral practices and hospitals.
Decision Trees. Step-by-step plans that support the team in making choices.
