Yes. You can add your own folders and documents and work with your own templates. The pre-loaded protocols also remain available.
Are folders with documents secured?
Yes, per level. This is how the practice manager decides who may view which folders and documents.
What is the Document Creator?
With this you quickly draw up your own documents using templates, for example for forms or letters.
What's in the Gallery?
A library of photos, videos and images, organised per treatment category. Useful for patient information and training.
What are Decision Trees?
Decision Trees are step-by-step plans that support the team in making choices.
Where do I find the contact list?
The contact list is in Quality & Documentation and shows important contacts, organised into categories such as dental depots, IT companies, referral practices and hospitals.
Do protocols come pre-loaded with the app?
Yes. DentallManager is delivered with practice protocols according to the latest guidelines, so you don't start from scratch.
What happens when an exam's deadline approaches?
You'll see this reflected in the status of the exam under My Exams, so you can respond in time.
