In Quality & Documentation you'll find all the protocols for your practice. This page shows how you consult and manage them.
Consulting protocols
You'll find protocols under Documents & Protocols (Cloud storage & Protocols). Because this folder can contain sensitive documents, DentallManager sometimes asks you to re-enter your password when opening it.
Folder structure
Protocols are organised in folders. Common examples are: Protocols, Task descriptions, Safety data sheets and a KEW dossier (Kernenergiewet) for X-ray equipment. The structure at your practice may differ from this.
Adding your own folders and documents
As practice manager, you add your own folders and documents, for example for a new procedure. You work with templates from the Document Creator for this. This keeps the folder structure matching your practice.
Security per level
You secure folders per level. This way you decide for yourself who may view which protocols and documents.
