Legislation & Safety — overview
With the Legislation & Safety module (Wetgeving & Veiligheid) you organise safe reporting, daily checks and internal knowledge around laws and regulations.
What does this module arrange?
Report incident (VIM). With VIM (Veilig Incident Melden — safe incident reporting) your team reports incidents and near-incidents safely. This connects to the Wkkgz (Dutch Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act).
Daily evaluation. At the end of the day you fill in a short evaluation of how the day went.
Knowledge base. An internal library of procedures and instructions, including ready-made draft messages for patient correspondence, such as cancellations and reminders.
How it works in practice
- Did something happen? Then you report it safely via VIM.
- At the end of the day you fill in the daily evaluation.
- For questions about a procedure, you consult the knowledge base.
Who is this for?
| Role | What can you do? |
|---|---|
| Employee | Report incidents, fill in the daily evaluation, consult the knowledge base |
| Practice manager | Everything above, plus handle reports and manage the knowledge base |
