Daily evaluation and daily checks
With the daily evaluation and checklists you safeguard that the day is properly closed out and that fixed checks actually happen.
Filling in the daily evaluation
Open Day Evaluation in the left-hand menu and click Add New to start a new entry, then describe how the day went. The overview lists each evaluation with its date, when it was last changed and its status: a new evaluation starts as Draft. What you fill in on the evaluation form itself is not documented here yet — that screen has not been captured.
Checklists for treatment room and front desk
With checklists you safeguard, for example, the opening and closing of a treatment room or of the front desk. You sign off per step that it has been carried out, so the whole team can see that the check has taken place. From the schedule, View Checklists on a shift opens the matching list directly — see Scheduling.
Completion windows and Smart Alerts
Every checklist has a Start Date and a completion window within which it must be signed off; you do not set a separate expiry date.
If it's about to expire, a Smart Alert appears on the dashboard, so a check isn't forgotten.
Daily evaluations and checklists also help you substantiate your daily activities, for example toward your own risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E).
