Who can report a malfunction?

Anyone on the team can report a malfunction, via Quick Actions on the dashboard. You don't need to be a practice manager to file a report.

What ticket types are there?

There are four types: report malfunction, maintenance, repair request and other. You choose the type that best fits your report.

How do I see the status of my report?

Each ticket has a status, for example open or in progress. This makes it easy to track whether your report has been picked up.

What does the status "under maintenance" mean?

This means a device is currently unavailable because it's undergoing maintenance. As soon as the maintenance is complete, the status changes.

Can I filter equipment per workstation?

Yes. Filter the overview, for example, by Treatment Room 2 or by location. Useful if your practice has multiple treatment rooms or locations.

What is Machinery Reports?

Machinery Reports shows reports on the status and reports of your equipment, useful for a complete overview.

Who adds equipment to the asset register?

The practice manager manages the asset register and adds new equipment with name, category, model, serial number and status.

Do I automatically get a reminder for maintenance?

Yes. As soon as the set maintenance moment approaches, DentallManager automatically sends a reminder.

Report the malfunction directly via Quick Actions → Report maintenance, malfunction or repair. Want to request a repair? Then choose the ticket type Request repair. The practice manager and technical service see your report immediately.
