Data Protection

DentallManager protects your practice's data with a number of fixed measures: where your data is stored, how it is secured, how long it is retained, and what rights you have. This page brings it all together.

Where is your data stored?​

DentallManager hosts your data with hosting providers within the EU. Your data does not simply leave the European Union.

Security measures​

According to DentallManager's privacy statement, the software protects your data with "encryption, secured servers and access control". For sensitive parts, such as the employment file, DentallManager also asks for your password again before you continue. This keeps sensitive information protected, even if a screen is left open. Retention periods​

DentallManager retains your account data for as long as your account is active. DentallManager retains invoicing data for seven years, as legally required. DentallManager retains data from contact forms on the website for a maximum of 12 months.

Your rights​

You have the right to access, correction, erasure, data portability, restriction and objection with regard to your data. Contact info@dentallmanager.nl for this.
