Smart Alerts

Smart Alerts are smart notifications on your dashboard. They point you to matters that need attention, before they become a problem. This way, you don't have to keep track of anything yourself in separate lists or calendars.

What do Smart Alerts flag for you?

Examples of Smart Alerts:

  • birthdays and work anniversaries of team members;
  • contracts that are about to expire;
  • checklists that are about to expire;
  • planned equipment maintenance;
  • new leave requests waiting for approval.

Overview by period

You view Smart Alerts in three tabs: Today, Coming 7 days, and By Category. This gives you an instant view of what's happening now and what's coming up.

For practice managers

As a practice manager, you handle Smart Alerts directly:

  • Snooze — temporarily set a notification aside and pick it up later.
  • Complete — mark a notification as done, so the overview stays clean.

Requests from your team also come in as a Smart Alert. For example, you approve or reject a leave request directly from the notification.

Setting up your own notifications

Want to add your own reminders and messages? You set that up with workflows. Read more at Automations.

Want to temporarily turn off notifications? As a practice manager, you can snooze or complete Smart Alerts as soon as something has been picked up.
