Quick Actions
With Quick Actions you handle the most common actions in a few clicks. The button is always in the top right of DentallManager, on every page. Every employee can use Quick Actions.
The six Quick Actions
- Report maintenance, malfunction or repair (New ticket). Create a ticket right away, for example for equipment that isn't working properly.
- View today's schedule. Open your schedule for today, without having to search through menus.
- Leaves (New request). Submit a leave request to your practice manager.
- Sick leave (New request). Register absence, so that the day's staffing is immediately accurate.
- Overtime (New request). Report overtime worked toward your overtime balance.
- Overtime Compensation (New request). Request compensation from your overtime balance.
What happens after a request?
Requests reach the practice manager as a Smart Alert. They approve or reject the request. You track the status yourself in your Time Tracker: Requested, Accepted, Rejected, or Cancelled.
The four request actions all land in Time Tracker, under the matching type tab (Leaves, Sick leave, Overtime or Compensation) in My requests; the practice manager reviews them under Approvals. See Leave, absence and overtime for the full request dialog.
A malfunction report becomes a ticket in Equipment Management. There you track how it's being handled.
