Onboarding your practice
Starting your practice with DentallManager? Then you first set up your practice and bring your team on board. This page shows what to expect.
No migration of patient data
DentallManager is a practice operations layer, not a patient administration system. So you don't need to migrate patient records, agendas or billing. They simply stay in your current system. Read more at How does DentallManager fit into your practice?.
Onboarding workflows
DentallManager supports onboarding with automatic workflows. Such a workflow starts, for example, with a new employee and runs through steps (chapters), with tasks and reminders along the way. Your practice manager sets up these workflows via Settings.
Learning environment
New employees work through learning modules during onboarding. This way you build knowledge and skills step by step, linked to exams.
Complete your profile
Every employee completes their own profile. A percentage on the dashboard shows how far along this is.
Every practice is different
The exact onboarding steps can differ per practice, depending on how your settings are configured. The free helpdesk is happy to guide you through this.
